My stay at Hilton Kuala Lumpur had its highs and lows. The location is fantastic, being directly connected to KL Sentral, making transport super easy. However, there were issues during my stay, particularly with noise isolation in the room and some customer service hiccups that left me feeling a bit frustrated. Overall, it's a well-located hotel with comfortable rooms, but some aspects can definitely be improved.
